Returns: you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds: once we receive the item and check it, we refund you within 7 days — in cash, or by the method you paid with.
Non-returnable: made-to-order items, personal-care products and underwear once opened, and anything perishable.
